Our Approach

Our Approach

Precision. Proximity. Proof.

The is placeholder content for Sean to fill out.

Precision

.

Our approach is laser-focused on a singular, ambitious goal: ensuring that every individual in every household permanently escapes poverty, as defined by the World Bank. This clarity of purpose drives everything we do.

Proximity

.

We believe that true transformation happens up close. Our team lives and works in the communities we serve, building deep relationships and understanding the unique challenges and opportunities that exist on the ground. This proximity allows us to respond in real-time, tailor our approach to local realities, and co-create solutions with those directly impacted. By being fully embedded, we gain the trust and insight needed to address the root causes of poverty effectively and sustainably. Proximity ensures that our work is not only relevant but deeply aligned with the aspirations and strengths of the communities we partner with.

Prooof

.

Our model works—and we have the data to prove it. Through meticulous tracking and evaluation, we’ve consistently demonstrated that our approach drives exponential, lasting change. Families in our programs are not only escaping poverty as defined by the World Bank but are achieving transformative outcomes at an unprecedented scale.

Our goal is to see our clients transition to commercial farming, diversify their income, and consistently earn above the extreme poverty line (more than $2.15 PPP per day / household member).

We combine proven asset based economic development interventions with regenerative agriculture and spiritual and mental health care. The result is impact that is as transformational as it is durable.

We operate a two-year program that provides intensive training, one-on-one business mentorship, individualized counseling, low cost-financing, and market linkage. Our teams (agronomist, business mentor, and counselor) partner with groups of 30 households and work alongside them one day a week for the entire program.

It takes a nimble and multidimensional program to actually end extreme poverty -- we are proving that it can be done and be done at scale.
